Photo-drawings, 1985-2000
A series of works on paper in which the artist combined the medium of photography with drawing. Fragments of photos showing interiors or landscapes have continuations, a kind of extension in a drawing that is associated with a child’s way of drawing. In these works the artist refers to the idea of earlier hypothetical works in which he was interested in the possibilities of artistic activities continued outside the photographic frame.
