The movie was a kind of programmed experiment on how to generate sound. The artist used a specially made board divided into 36 fields. In collaboration with the sound engineer, each field was assigned a specific sound frequency. In accordance with the previously developed score, various variants of the sequence of camera travel from one field to another were realized. As part of subsequent arrangements, the sound was only the effect of a mechanical recording corresponding to the programmed camera movements. The individual passes of the camera determined the sound structure of the film, giving the impression – as the artist recalled – as if the camera was dictating and generating sound. The concept of this film was presented by Waśko in 1974 as part of Józef Robakowski’s Living Gallery.
