Andrzej Dłużniewski performed Procedure at the Akumulatory 2 Gallery in Poznań from 19 till 22 November 1979, for four days enacting the stereotypical modernist painterly procedure, thus commenting ironically on the myth of creative expression. The artworks created during the process were cut into pieces and sold for a symbolic one zloty per piece.
