Contemporary art auction with leading names of the Polish avant-garde. Under the headline WHO ISN’T AFRAID OF THE AVANT-GARDE!, we offer works by the classics of cutting-edge tendencies in the postwar Polish art, key artists in the history of Polish contemporary art, whose works can be found in prestigious collections in Poland and abroad.
The auction is a special opportunity to purchase works known from books and textbooks, but not present in the commercial art circuit. The auction offer consists of artworks by several leading artists of Polish avant-garde and a few younger artists who continue these traditions.
All works wiill be presented at a pre-auction exhibition between 10 and 16 of April 2019 from 12 to 7 PM, at the Profile Foundation.
